The hall underwent a huge refurbishment in 2018. We installed a new toilet suite including state of the art fittings to ladies and gents loos, great facilities for the disabled and a nappy changing station, together with a wheelchair access ramp between the two function rooms. The sprung floors in both rooms were sanded back to a beautiful finish and we remodelled the entrance hallway and gave a complete internal makeover to both function rooms with new wall materials, lighting and a great new music & multimedia system. Main room - 7m x 21m x 3.15m high hall with sprung floor, great for parties and larger events. Please note that there are a number of cross beams at 2.87m height. Modular staging available - fits together to your own design for bands or theatrical needs. Built in sound system with twin headset or hand held microphones for exercise classes or karaoke nights. Bluetooth receiver - stream your own playlist rather than hire a DJ. 120" widescreen projector & DVD / Blu-Ray player for presentations or film shows. The large room is kept with simple lines so that it can be decorated for your event.
Small room - 7m x 6m x 2.95m (not so small!!) sited between the main room and the kitchen and with bar / servery hatches to both of these. Ideal for serving food or setting up as a bar, or simply as a meeting room with our 75" TV complete with internet access, ideal for watching sporting events with friends. The small room has a great rural feel as it also acts as our village archive with historic photos and artefacts.
Kitchen - fitted with everything you'd expect including a Ringmaster twin oven range and Burco instant water heater for teas & coffees.
Free WiFi throughout including unlimited data. Our system has full fibre broadband running at 115mbps for uninterrupted streaming of Netflix, Sky etc (using your own access passwords)
