Our charges remained static for many years but are now in line with similar high quality venues following the refurbishment of the hall.
ROOM RATES - Exton residents
Whole Hall - £15 per hour
Large Room only - £10 per hour; including kitchen - £15 per hour
Small Room only - £7.50 per hour; including kitchen (but NOT large room) - £10 per hour
Preparation time £5 per hour
Bars £7 per hour
All room charges include heating!
Please note a 10% surcharge applies to non residents and commercial bookings

Tables £2.50 each
Chairs 50p each
Urns £2 each
